About Kollin

As a native of Louisville, KY, I grew up in the Bluegrass state. After completing my undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Denver, I moved to Chicago to attend law school. Four years ago, my wife and I moved to Brentwood, TN with our beloved corgi, Wrigley.
As an investor, I've always been passionate about real estate, which led me to become a licensed real estate agent. I am actively looking for properties to add to our mid/short-term rental portfolio, always on the lookout for good deals and potential opportunities. Having just purchased our first home in Brentwood, I understand that this is the biggest purchase for most people, and I am confident that I can offer valuable insights to my clients.
With a background in law, I am well-versed in contract negotiation and legal documentation, which is particularly helpful in the real estate industry. I can provide sound advice and guidance to my clients throughout the buying or selling process.
